Exchange Policy

At SuperWaisted, we are committed to delivering premium waist trainers, shapewear, and compression garments in brand-new, hygienic condition to every customer. Because our products are worn close to the skin and classified as hygiene-sensitive garments, we maintain strict exchange standards to protect all customers.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

All returned items will undergo inspection by our quality control team. SuperWaisted reserves full discretion in determining whether an item meets exchange standards.

If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage contacting us before placing your order. Incorrect sizing selection does not automatically qualify for exchange if the item shows signs of wear.

4. Product Care & Handling

Our shapewear is designed with high-quality stretch fabrics to provide strong compression and comfort. While our materials are durable and flexible, they are still structured garments and should be worn with care.

Proper Wearing Guidelines

Damage from Rough Handling

SuperWaisted is not responsible for tearing caused by excessive pulling, damage from sharp nails/jewelry/rough handling, fabric overstretching due to incorrect sizing, or seam separation caused by forceful wear.

If a garment is damaged due to improper handling or sizing selection, it will not qualify for exchange or replacement.

Sizing & Durability Reminder

If a product feels extremely difficult to put on, it may indicate that the size selected is too small. Forcing entry into a compression garment beyond its stretch capacity may cause damage. We strongly recommend choosing the correct size based on your actual measurements rather than sizing down aggressively.

Damage caused by incorrect sizing selection or improper wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

5. Fit Expectations

Because women's bodies are beautifully different, and compression garments are designed to fit snugly, it is completely normal for a waist trainer or shapewear piece to feel tight during the first wear.

A firm, secure fit does not mean the size is incorrect. Compression garments are intentionally structured to provide waist sculpting, body contouring, and posture support.

If the garment matches the size chart based on your provided measurements, and there is no manufacturing defect, sizing exchanges are not guaranteed approval — especially if the item shows signs of wear.

6. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the item
  2. Wait for exchange approval before shipping anything back
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any re-shipping costs for the new item. We are not responsible for lost return parcels without tracking.

7. Hygiene Protection

Because waist trainers and shapewear are compression garments worn directly against the skin, we reserve the right to respectfully decline any exchange request that does not strictly meet our hygiene and quality standards.

Returned items must be fresh, clean, unstretched, and free of scent, stains, and signs of wear. If an item does not pass inspection, it will be returned to the customer.

8. Exchanges vs Refunds

SuperWaisted operates on an exchange-only policy. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect sizing choice, or expectation differences.

We stand by the quality of our body sculpting and waist training products, and we are happy to help you find a better size if eligible.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or the wrong item — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photos and your order number. We will resolve verified issues promptly.
