1. Product Information

SuperWaisted provides premium waist trainers, shapewear, compression garments, sculpting bodysuits, tummy control shorts, and posture support waist cinchers designed for:

Waist sculpting & instant slimming effect
Long-term waist training results
Posture support & body contouring
Smoothing bulges & enhancing natural curves

Our products are designed to give instant shaping effect and visible waist reduction (up to 7–10cm depending on product). Results vary based on body type, lifestyle, consistency of wear, and sizing selection.

By purchasing from SuperWaisted, customers acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for proper product selection and use.

2. Order & Payment

Once you place an order:

Orders are only confirmed after successful payment processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, promotions, or discounts without prior notice.
All prices are listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless otherwise stated.

If your payment fails or is flagged by the payment provider, your order will not be processed.

3. Sizing & Fit Responsibility

We provide detailed Size Guides and measurement charts for all waist trainers and shapewear. Customers are responsible for:

Selecting the correct size
Reading product descriptions carefully

4. Proper Use of Waist Trainers & Compression Garments

Our waist trainers and shapewear are designed for structured compression and body sculpting. Please:

Do not over-tighten beyond comfort
Do not wear longer than recommended for beginners
Follow proper waist training guidelines
Listen to your body

SuperWaisted is not responsible for misuse of products, over-tightening, wearing incorrect size, or ignoring discomfort.

If you have underlying health conditions, recent surgery, breathing conditions, or medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before using compression garments.

5. Hygiene & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of shapewear and waist trainers, all sales are subject to our Exchange Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be:

Unworn with tags intact
No scent, makeup stains, or stretching
Returned within 4 days of receiving the product

Returned items must be completely unworn, unwashed, free from odor, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, stretching, or alterations, and must have all original packaging and tags attached. Any product that shows signs of wear or handling beyond standard try-on will not qualify for exchange.

SuperWaisted's quality control team holds full discretion in determining the eligibility of returned items.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, branding, logo, product descriptions, marketing materials, videos, and educational waist training content — belong exclusively to SuperWaisted.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale of images, or duplication of branding is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we are confident in the quality of our premium products, SuperWaisted is not liable for:

Incorrect size selection or inaccurate measurements
Improper wear, over-tightening, or misuse of products
Ignoring recommended wear guidelines for waist training
Health issues arising from incorrect use of compression garments
Allergic reactions to fabrics or materials
Personal expectations that differ from realistic body sculpting results

Our waist trainers and shapewear are designed for cosmetic body contouring, posture support, and waist sculpting enhancement. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

8. Promotions & Campaigns

From time to time, SuperWaisted may run early bird promotions, limited time discounts, flash sales, influencer collaborations, and affiliate campaigns.

All promotions are time-limited, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts and promotional pricing are available for a limited time only and may be adjusted or withdrawn without notice.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Malaysia and selected international regions (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, United States, and others).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, and peak sale periods. Once your order is dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
